Meet the Members who are key in elevating the MeetDistrict experience.
Earlier this year, we put out a call to our locations in Ghent and Berchem in search for people who were committed to benefit their position as Member as a bridge between Team MeetDistrict and the larger MeetDistrict Community. The necessary checks: being critical – yet supportive, knowing one’s way around the Community, being willing to play an active part in shaping MeetDistrict into the best possible work environment, and representing oneself as a true MeetDistrict ambassador. Introducing: the MeetDistrict MBASSY.
Both in Ghent and in Berchem, the MBASSY meets up several times per year to discuss a variety of topics that concern the daily MeetDistrict experience for Members and their visitors. By far, the MBASSY’s crowning achievement must be the MeetDistrict Code of Conduct. This collection of both general and room specific guidelines summarises the previously unwritten rules that need to be respected in order for MeetDistrict to remain a pleasant place to work at. And given the MBASSY’s expertise on being part of a large Community that shares the same spaces on a daily basis, their input on the matter has been indispensable. Keep an eye on it, we’ll share more after summer!
Curious to see who resides it? Get to know the MeetDistrict MBASSY right here:
MBASSY Gent: Bram from Page Personnel, Francis from Information Mapping, Frank from Quantum Leaps, Katrien from Axes Health, Phebe from Trade Tracker, Wim from Bizzcontrol, Christophe from Global PMI Partners, and Yvain from Capgemini.
MBASSY Berchem: Damien from Gallagher, Filip and Lieven from Vialto Partners, Joan from IBM, Luc from Enperas, Sofie from brisk, Thierry and Marie from Arla Foods, Valerie from IPP, and Laura from Kraft Heinz.
If you see them walking around; don’t hesitate to say hi and share some of your MeetDistrict experiences! It will help them with reaching what basically every single person in our Community wishes for: a work environment where everyone feels happy, unburdened and seen.
In short: the MBASSY is proud. And MeetDistrict is proud of its MBASSY.
