This year, De Warmste Week is combatting loneliness. Studies prove that 1 in 2 people in Flanders regularly feels lonely, be it due to problems at school or at work, having no social circle, being mentally or physically vulnerable, their gender, family origins, etc. While loneliness is a part of life, permanently experiencing it could lead to dire consequences – which is where De Warmste Week steps in to support initiatives where people are given a place in society again.
On the second day of our Christmas Week, we invite you to support De Warmste Week by treating yourself to some delicious pancakes and hot beverages at our MarketPlaces. Making this sweet treat even sweeter.
And for those working from MeetDistrict Berchem that day, we have an extra activity planned – only this time, it’s our treat entirely. At 17:30, join us for our Christmas Drink on the 1st floor. Complete with drinks, snacks, and plenty of holly jolly Christmas vibes.
On the third day of our Christmas Week, we’re opening the ChristmasOffice Competition. The game is on for our PrivateOffice and SharedOffice Members to decorate their workspaces with the cosiest, shiniest, merriest, and happiest possible holiday vibes. Better start brainstorming right now, since the winning ChristmasOffice at every MeetDistrict location will receive a beautiful Christmas gift under their tree.
Important note for our Members in Berchem: the ChristmasOffice Competition judges will already start going around on Tuesday in order to announce the winner during the MeetDistrict Berchem Christmas Drink!
Psst – on this day we’ll also continue selling the leftover Christmas Sweets from Tuesday.

On the final day of our Christmas Week, Team MeetDistrict is staying true to the Spirit of Giving and will head out to De Warmste Week in Bruges to present the donation from our Christmas Sweets action. Consider this your warm invitation to join us for a beautiful conclusion of the MeetDistrict Christmas Week!
Getting excited for the merriest work week of the year? Good – because we surely are too! More info coming soon, but as for now: start prepping your Ugly Christmas Sweater Day outfit, start brainstorming about those ChristmasOffice decorations, start saving up for all of those pancakes, and start practicing your dance moves.
